The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to lease an investment attractive land plot for the implementation of the project on the construction of a wellness center.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 1,500 sq. m. The site is located in Betta village. There is a local road, Mira Street (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 15 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 220 km.
