Cottage settlement "Dynasty"

Description of the project:

The combination of simplicity of forms and laconicism is the cornerstone of architectural concept of the cottage settlement "Dynasty" executed in style of neoclassicism. Each townhouse — esthetically beautiful and at the same time ergonomic example of a country house. The settlement is planned so that not to break the favorable atmosphere of quiet life. The developed infrastructure will allow to combine comfort and a cosiness of the modern house with life in harmony with the nature. Pure natural colors — beige and blue, use of a natural stone in finishing of townhouses, a large number of greens in landscape decisions harmoniously fit into the valley of the Caucasus Mountains.

Structure of the project:

• 127 three-storyed townhouses (each about 200 sq.m)
• three-storyed trade administrative center with parking (a mini-market, a drugstore, beauty shop, a dry-cleaner, cafe, and also security service and operation of the settlement)
• sports grounds for game in volleyball, badminton, five-a-side, the equipped tennis court and tables for table tennis, playgrounds, outdoor pools and the square with the fountain
