The municipality offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a cultural & entertainment center as part of the sports complex "Atlant".

It is planned to establish a cultural & entertainment center as part of the sports complex "Atlant". A three-tier complex with an area of 2,310 sq.m., providing entertainment services, will be built. As fore casted, a cinema theatre for 70 seats and a slot-machine parlor will be fitted out. In addition, public catering outlets – restaurants and café – will be accommodated on the territory of the complex. By reaching the estimated capacity, the floor space available for lease will make 2,464 sq.m. 126,000 tickets to the cinema and 100,800 tickets to slot machines will be sold yearly. The project is targeted at local residents and community of the neighboring districts and tourists. 

The project needs 123.03 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 37 new jobs.

A land plot of 5,993 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gelendzhik city-resort. There is a local road, Solncedarskaya Street (adjoins), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 0.3 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 190 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Novorossiysk is 30 km, to the Gelendzhik Airport is 0.5 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 30 km.
