The Gelendzhik city-resort to present a mega-project in the area of therapeutic resort & tourist complex

The municipality offers the investors to implement an investment project on the construction of a hotel complex "South Coast".

It is planned to build an elite hotel complex "South Coast" in Gelendzhik. As envisaged by the project, the complex will constitute a three-storey building comprising: café-bar for 100 seats, restaurant for 50 seats. The hotel room capacity will consist of 145 double rooms and 25 "luxury" rooms. The project is meant for residents of the Russian Federation and foreign guests of Krasnodar region. 

A business plan (account year – 2014) was developed for the investment project. The project needs 275.91 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 18 months, and the return on investment period is 4 years and 9 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 32 new jobs.

A land plot of 6,370 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kabardinka village. There is a local road, Revolutionary Street (adjoins), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 672 m.

The distance from the municipal center of Gelendzhik city-resort is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 170 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Novorossiysk is 13 km, to the Gelendzhik Airport is 12 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 13 km.
