The administration of municipality the resort town of Gelendzhik offers to realization the investment project "Cultural entertainment center as a part of the sports complex Atlant"

Construction and further operation of cultural entertainment center as a part of the sports Atlas complex.

The project provided construction of a complex in 3 levels – 2 310 sq.m on which rendering of services of entertaining character (movie theater for 70 places, the slot machine hall), and also placement of tenants under the activity connected with rendering of services of public catering (cafe, restaurants) is planned.

The area of the land plot is 5993 sq.m.

Total cost of the project - 78,46 million rubles.

The object has a favorable arrangement in 30 m from Don Highway M-4, in 35 km from the railway station Novorossiysk, in 0,5 km from the airport Gelendzhik and in 35 km from seaport of Novorossiysk.
