Investment site for dispositon of small hotels complex is presented in Gelendzhik city-resort

An investment attractive land plot for the project to dispose a complex of small hotels for rent is presented by the Municipal Formation.

The purpose of the investment site is to construct small hotels.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 6 000 sq. m. The site is located in the area of the children’s health camp "Severomorets" in the district of Tonkiy peninsula in Gelendzhik. There is a local road, Solntsedarskaya Street (in 400 m) there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 4.9 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 190 km. The distance to the nearest train station is 23 km, to the Gelendzhik Airport is 9 km, and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 23 km.

The site is owned by the Municipal Formation Gelendzhik city-resort, with the municipality as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is unused and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 250 m, to the water system is 50 m, to the gas supply system is 425 m, and to the sewage system is 200 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 11.83 million rubles.
