Gelendzhik city-resort of the Krasnodar region presents a promising investment project in the consumer’s market sphere

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement an investment project for the construction of the road service facility.

The road service facility is planned to be built for the residents and guests of the Gelendzhik city-resort. The project will include automotive service, a parking for 30 cars, a café, a mini market and a hotel with 45 rooms (that will be able to accommodate up to 60 guests simultaneously). A land plot was chosen for construction of the road service facility next to the federal highway M-4 "Don". This is one of the competitive advantages of the project.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 35.32 million rubles in the form of direct investment.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 65 new jobs.

A land plot of 9543 square meters was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kabardinka village. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 1.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Gelendzhik is 1.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 148 km.

The distance to the nearest train station is 23 km, to the Gelendzhik Airport is 12 km and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 24 km.
