Gelendzhik city-resort of the Krasnodar region presents an investment project in the health resort and tourist complex

The Municipal Formation offers to invest in a project on constricting a thematic amusement park.

The construction of the thematic amusement park will be created in the Gelendzhik city-resort within the project. It will include attractions, sports playgrounds, a bowling alley, restaurants, shops and fountains. Parking and administrative offices will be built there as well. The project is aimed at local residents and tourists. The amusement park will be able to serve more than 827 thousand people a year.

A business plan and a master plan are developed for the investment project. The project needs 1.926 billion rubles in the form of direct investment.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4 years 9 months. The construction of the project will allow to create 280 new jobs.

A land plot of 557 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project The site is located on Lunacharskiy Street in Gelendzhik.  A local road, Lunacharskiy Street, and a federal highway M-4 "Don" are adjacent to the site.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 180 km. The distance to the nearest train station is 20 km, to the Gelendzhik Airport is 4 km, and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 20 km.
