Multipurpose congress hall of a resort complex "Nadezhda"

The congress hall answers the need for such objects increasing in the region and in Russia in general. This tendency is caused by several factors: the city of Gelendzhik is located in the neighborhood with such large cities and transport knots as Novorossiysk and Krasnodar; the combination of the picturesque nature of the Black Sea coast, dynamic development of infrastructure and world-class service do the resort attractive both for tourists, and for businessmen.

Structure of the project:

Conference room for 1000 places with possibility of division:

on 3 autonomous zones: two halls on 306 places, 1 halls — 272 places or on 2 autonomous zones: on 578 and 306 places.

Cinema and concert hall

Showroom.

Ballroom with possibility of the organization of banquets, buffet receptions.

Congress hall capacity — 1000 people.

Equipment of the congress hall

In all halls of the transformed congress hall:

Equipment for reproduction of video and graphic materials. There is a possibility of display of video and graphic information for monitoring of the image (for example, for presidium or to remote rooms) — plasma panels, TVs, computer monitors.

Wireless network on the basis of Wi-Fi.

Sockets for connection of TV of receivers to system of a cable television of hotel. Satellite television (only 28 channels, satellite and radio)

International, long-distance and local telecommunication.

Racks for the equipment, furniture, and also the presentation equipment.

The concert lighting used for carrying out entertaining and other actions with possibility of creation of system of scenic light.

The professional equipment for accurate reproduction of speech information and uniform sounding on all volume of the hall is installed. The conference system (32 microphones), radiomicrophones, microphones with support of functions — ñèíõðîïåðåâîä is also established (3 languages). In need of reproduction of soundtracks of audio, video and movies in formats of multichannel sounding, processors of decoding of the corresponding signals and speaker systems of a sound environment are installed. The congress hall is directly on the seashore and occupies total area about 2500 sq.m.

The building consists of three parts:

• Entrance and lobby;
• Multipurpose hall and scene;
• Coastal constructions.
